We highly recommend Chris for home inspections. He was on time, spent the entire morning inspecting every space from the foundation to the roof and all of the exterior. He came on short notice and performed a proper inspection. The inspection report was comprehensive, easy to read and provided plenty of photos/recommendations. His due diligence and professionalism really made us feel comfortable buying our new home. I've reviewed plenty of inspection reports and his was one of the best.
