Wanted to give a very hearty shout out of appreciation to Russell! We had out water main break at some point, but were never notified by Calaveras Water District that they had shut off our water. We came up to our cabin early Friday afternoon to find the shut off notice and the need "to get this repaired on our own" so we checked out the 'Top 10 Plumbers' on Yelp. Russell was only one of two to even answer their phone, or return my message. And he was the only one who would actually come out to look at our problem!! Don't even bother calling the other people on the list because they are either "too busy and not accepting new work" or don't even bother to return a phone call?! He came out early Saturday morning, but discovered he couldn't repair it right away (the break was buried deep under our driveway) so he gave us an estimate and thought he was going to need to break up part of our driveway to get to the repair. We had to leave since we didn't have any water, but he was able to come back later before we came back up and was able to get the repair done without having to break up my driveway - saving me another project! The service was great and a decent price too. Can't thank you enough! No one ever wants to have a plumbing problem, but I would give a definite thumbs up to Russell, and will be using him again if we ever need.

Russell Peffer has done work at our cabin in Dorrington on a few occasions and we have been extremely pleased with his service. He is reliable, trustworthy and highly skilled. We have had him acquire and install a new water heater, fix a burst pipe, replace a faucet and do other tasks. I wouldn’t call anyone else for plumbing jobs.
