The fact they were open early on a sunday is reason to give them 5 stars alone. Had them made a duplicate key and they made it in under 30 seconds and only asked for 2$ of course i tipped them more! Nice gentlemen who are life savers!

Crazy thing --- We just discovered that it is impossible to get a copy of a car key made any more!! My boyfriend lost his copy of my car key --- which was totally inconvenient. We drove to the little kiosk we've gone to for years --- new owner. He was open, and had uncut keys hanging on the walls --- but seemed dumbfounded at the prospect of copying a car key!! What the ...?! Went to Lowe's --- they only had a machine. And after inserting our key, it would only allow us to pay for an UNCUT key to be sent to us --- in about a week! How in the world was that helpful in any way?? Went to AutoZone, thinking it has AUTO in the name, they must be able to duplicate a car key, right?! Wrong. Another machine. This one *appeared* to scan the key --- and then gave us a phone number we could call to discuss our options with a rep ...Are you kidding me? I barked at a random employee (Sorry, AutoZone guy) "Is there ANYWHERE I can find an actual HUMAN who cuts keys???!!" --- and AutoZone guy, more kindly than I probably deserved, said "Laurel Canyon & Osborne" --- so off we went. I started worrying not only if we were ever going to find a place to make the key ---but how much it was going to cost if we did. Was a dealer our only option ...? Drove around all 4 corners until we finally found this place. At first we thought it was closed and were about to drive away --- but as we were, the door opened --- and FINALLY! A human surrounded by keys! I was too scared to even hope --- but TaDaH! Mission accomplished! And for only $5! So we got two.... If you want a real key from a real human --- This is your place. Perhaps the only place. Highly recommend.
