I am posting this review on behalf of a dissatisfied customer. M & E Locksmith is an unethical business and should not have a business license. I reported M & E to the Better Business Bureau. A technician installed a new lock in my door in May 2023. In November 2023, the lock became detached from my door. I contacted the technician who installed the lock, and he stated there would be a charge to inspect the lock. I went to the actual business to speak with the owner. The owner did not speak English. Horrible locksmith. He broke my car's ignition and refused to leave until I paid him for a key that didn't even work. I had to pay an extra $500 to the dealer for my broken ignition and I still had to make another key with another locksmith.

My mom went to go get her car key replaced. So the clerk asked his boss & the boss “nah we don’t.” & they shrugged my mom off. But then a younger woman comes in asking for her car key to get replaced & she gets attended w/ full attention, they said her car key replacement comes to 150$ and before the younger female customer said anything they offer to lower the price to 125$. Also the key to her car wasn’t in stock, but they ordered it. They couldn’t even do that for my mom’s key. These foos were straight SIMPS, & couldn’t even attend my mom w/out being ageist.
