I spoke with a male yesterday and confirmed an appointment for today at 8am. He told me they would call a half an hour out but would be arriving at 8am coming from Los Angeles. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate this service as I do not reside at this home but am the homeowner. They never showed up nor did they answer my phone calls. I called the direct line and the business number leaving a message. No response. Completely unprofessional and will be hiring someone else to do the job.

I was looking forward to working with them because of the good reviews but ended up getting screwed over in the end. Not only did they show up late but they weren't very thorough. They forgot to clean an entire bathroom and the stuff they did clean I had to go back over anyways because it wasn't cleaned well. I called to try to rectify the situation and have been given 4 different timeframes when they were supposed to come back and over 2 days later haven't had anyone come back and fix it even after wasting a whole day waiting for them to show up. They have also stopped answering my calls. Needless to say I'm disappointed in the service I received.
