These folks helped us out big time. Unrelated to their typical work, I had a problem with a trailer axle out front of their facility. They loaned me a tool and we're overly helpful and I got it fixed and back on the road. These are good folks, do business with them.

Horrible company! Went here to get a water pump replaced in a dehumidifier. I brought the replacement pump when I dropped off the dehumidifier.One of the employees told me it would take them 30-60 minutes to complete the job and they charge $60/hour. I called them a week later and they still were not done. It took O & M industries 3 weeks to complete this simple job.When I called them to finally pick up the dehumidifier they told me it took them 4 1/2 hours to replace a water pump. They wanted $270!!! From the first phone call to the final repair Service is exactly what I got! Thank you to the tech that showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in a couple hours. He even had to take my unit back to the shop to clean it. I asked him to look at another problem and he called it in and fixed that too! I have not got my bill yet but whatever it is it was worth it! Thank you
