I`ve been living in the new townhouses for just over a year, and in the past 4 weeks have been having trouble with my water heater. It`s still under warranty, and they`ve replaced one of the heating sensors,. But it still doesn`t work, it keeps going out on the weekend, and it`s costing me money I don`t have, but they still expect me to pay my full rent.

Danco Builders! they are the change! Building housing for those that need it most - maybe not perfect but nothing is! They built a new community in our city and the residents are super quiet. and are a very very welcome addition to our small city. they built small individual houses for humans in need, in crisis, and it actually is lovely to have this new community around the corner from our home. The Danco residents are good neighbors as far as we are concerned.

What an excellent realty company to rent from! I started renting from Danco Property Management in 1988. Dan Johnson is professional that does care about his tenants or properties. Whomever gave this company one star is obviously disgruntled and you will always find people in the world that are, but it shouldn't blemish the reputation of a company that has spent years building a great reputation for quality service.
