I’ve seen Tracey for a few issues over the years and I’ve been completely satisfied. Doctors usually try and give me cortisone shots or other types of anti inflammatory medicines but each time Tracey has helped relieve the pain with only a few sessions. He’s also taught me stretches to help manage the pain and when I listen and apply what I’ve learned it works. I’m on my way to recovery.

I purchased a session for my husband who had previously had shoulder surgery. He would constantly deal with a tight shoulder and stiff neck that when stressed would flareup and cause him pain. Tracey was able to bring relief by breaking up the build up tissue. My husband continued to see Tracey on his own. He mentioned that even though some of the sessions were painful, he started to feel more flexibility and openness in his shoulder, so much so that he started lifting weights.
