Ann took me on the spot, thankfully she had an opening. She was very polite & very thoughtful of what I wanted. She made sure I was happy as she progressed filling my nails; didn't just sail through not checking in to make sure I liked how they were looking. The gel polish I chose was very light and runny but I really wanted that color. So she took her time to make sure it turned out even & she did 5 coats!!
