I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience at this Lens Crafters was nothing but great. I had the pleasure of dealing with Colt on my arrival. As soon as I walked into the doors, he was there to greet me and quick to help out. I was there to see if id be able to get some prescription work glasses, and Colt immediately knew how to help. Long story short, he made it a breeze. Simple and straight to the point. He was very knowledgeable and knew his craft well. He even helped in adjusting my glasses I was currently wearing. I would hope to deal with him for any future needs I may have with my glasses. Colt, it was definitely a pleasure meeting you!

LensCrafters in Santa Anita mall is wonderful. The Dr who examined our eyes was very experienced and knowledgeable. The two sales people (Dora and Jose) really knew their products and new technology. They made the whole process a very pleasant experience.

Came in to get some assistance with a frame adjustment. I was immediately assisted by Colton and Brittney. They both helped me greatly with my frame adjustment, even more than I thought was possible. The staff here is great. Highly recommend.
