The staff is efficient and attentive, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making patients feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Chao, the ophthalmologist, is highly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining treatment options, including cataract surgery. The office accepts both cash and credit cards with no minimum. They do not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, but some staff wear masks and gloves, and hand sanitizers are available for patients. The establishment is open with no limited capacity, but social distancing is not strictly enforced.
