We love dr jee and have always had good luck with the office. We live in LA and it's a little inconvenient to get there but we really appreciate and like dr jee and her respectful nature towards each family's perspective

Completely disorganized staff, you will never be able to see your doctor when you need to. They are just intersted in money while offering the lowest stanrdard of care possible. If you love your child, take them ANYWHERE else.

I am in complete agreement with Darlene K's post on 08/10/2023. Dr. Hu is great, the most caring doctor I have even encountered. Unfortunately the office is a nightmare. The scheduling staff is extremely rude and you can hear their attitude through the phone. If they don't want to pick up calls, then set up a site for patient to schedule their appointment online. I am not able to find a way to contact the supervisor of that team to pass along the feedback. I called today and the next available appointment is in September. When I asked for an appointment for my other child in October, they said the schedule is not out yet. I don't understand their logic in scheduling and unfortunately I need to say goodbye to them. Huntington Health Physicians, please respect your patients' time and seriously consider our feedback. This is not a good experience at all.
