Mike and Flanigan do great work. They respond quickly, have on-site services and are very patient. They do on-site repair so you don't have to ship off your equipment if you don't want to. Excelled customer service and very reasonable pricing for service. As a bonus, they had excellent pricing on parts, better than new egg or big box stores. Mike made sure everything was the way I wanted it before closing things out. Cannot recommend more highly. It's nice to have people you can trust with your tech and also that are nice people.

Grateful I found Mike and HPC Repair. My just over 1 year old HP printer was out of warranty and I phoned all around Los Angeles and Mike was the only one who could fix it. Thank you Mike!

Mike was awesome at fixing our printer. Could not get it to print without jamming up and looked for HP authorized repair places and found HPC, I called and explained what is happening and then he said just drop it off and then he would take a look. The next day he calls and tells me it is ready to be returned. Easy and price was reasonable.
