This was my first experience doing acupuncture and cupping . Staff was very helpful and explained the process very thoroughly. They targeted all areas of pain. I walked out of my appointment feeling a lot less pain.
I have known Jing Liang for several years now. Jing has been treating myself, my wife and one of our sons for the past several years. Jing continues to surprise me. No matter what health challenges I presented to Jing, she's always proved to be knowledgeable and capable of accomplishing lasting results. Every time I broach a challenge such as shoulder and neck, lower back, hips, ankle injury... The results are always favorable. Today for example, my right bicep tendon groove has been sensitive. Again, Jing surprised me and my shoulder and bicep felt remarkably better within hours after the treatment. I can exercise again without discomfort. Jing has an in-depth understanding of both traditional Chinese medicine and anatomy. Aside from the remarkable health benefits, the staff is very kind and friendly and the atmosphere and vibe in the office are very pleasant. Overall my experience is that patience pays. It's a gradual process and I keep on getting better and better.
I was experiencing hives for several months that would sometimes cause facial swelling. Western medicine doctors told me to keep taking antihistamines, which I felt wasn't a good long term solution. Decided to resort to TCM for answers. They took me in as a walk-in, I had a consultation with Jean and then proceeded to receive weekly electro-acupuncture, cupping, and herbal meds. The acupuncture sessions were super relaxing; I would almost always fall asleep and often times, looked forward to coming in just to get some rest. Jean's assistant, Linda was very fun to talk to. After acupuncture, I'd receive a hot compress on my back before receiving fire cupping. It was painful at first but became therapeutic during subsequent visits. After three months of weekly treatment, I'm happy to say I rarely break out in hives now. I no longer have to rely on antihistimines and I've also learned alot about how to better take care of my body. Highly recommend to anyone suffering from pain or conditions that western medicine wasn't able to help with. Also good for maintaining overall health!
