I have never experienced a more frustrating and unprofessional process than the last one involving William, as the acting sellers agent. Luckily, we were represented by Huan (our buyers agent) but in so many situations the sellers agent (William) failed to perform. Inattentive, lazy, hard to reach and overall not tending to the escrow process would be a few of his attributes. My agent was constantly calling, emailing, or texting him to provide disclosures, responses to inquiries or just to discuss a matter.
