Alvaro is fantastic! He is extremely courteous and professional. We were in desperation with a severely clogged kitchen sink. He arrived and saved the day in 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Just got help from a technician named Rayvin! Hands down super professional, thorough, respectful, and did an overall great job. Would love if every FRM maintenance tech worked like him!

We had a hiccup at the beginning of the order:The original maintenance was scheduled by their friendly staff, however the technician never showed up or even called. It warranted a low review but FRM called and we rescheduled.Keith showed up promptly, and fixed the problem so quickly. Keith was knowledgeable and very respectful. Thank you FRM
