Ryan was super helpful in helping me understand how the charger will work with LADWP rebate and with the permits we needed to get. Jesus did the install and was super patient when the tenant wasn't able to provide access. Samantha created clear invoices and payment was easy. Really thrilled with the process and I learned a lot on what I needed to do for the install. Will be helping more of my property owners install chargers to improve their amenities being offered.“

“rocking electricians! I called them after another electrician told me my panel needs to be upgraded and quoted me thousands of dollars. When I called bk electric the lady on the phone told me they would send someone to troubleshoot the problem. The tech that came out told me my panel is big enough and I have plenty of spaces for some new breakers. My bathroom gfci's were on the same circuit as my kitchen gfcis and everything went trippin so they scheduled me for the following week to come and install a some new circuits and low and behold everything is knock on wood working. The best part of it all was I paid a couple hundred bucks instead of a couple thousands. These are honest folks @scottm“

“It was around 10:30pm and I called a few 24hr. service electricians and they both said they'll only service unless its an emergency. Well, that defeats the purpose of being a 24hr service. So I find KTB and spoke with Tony. Right away I already had good vibes when explaining my situation. He was at the house within 20 mins, got all his equipment out his truck and got the job done. When i was trying to change the light bulb the brackets loosened and just dangled. It's above the bed so I didn't want to take the chance. Tony is a great guy, easy to talk to, humble and definitely knows his stuff. I will no doubt not only call Tony if I have an electrical problem but for other fixes too.
