I can't say enough good things about Talmadge Construction.
For 40 years they have been known for their 5-star quality work, business ethics, and customer service. The entire Talmadge crew is fabulous. Skilled, friendly, helpful and attentive to their clients needs and building/re-modeling goals. The subcontractors they enlist to help with their projects are also 5-star. And equally important, in my opinion, is the support and hands-on help they offer to our community. Their generosity and giving spirit have benefited many, many local non-profits and individuals.

I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Talmadge Construction for the past 8 years. The entire team is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has an impressive attention to detail. I look forward to working closing with them for years to come. I couldn't recommend them more for your project!

Andrew came over to evaluate a project for us. Unfortunately, the cost greatly exceeded our budget.While we didn't push forward with the project, we felt very well cared for. We called a few companies, but Talmadge was the only one that offered to come out to look at the site. We talked about the project at length, identified some potential pitfalls, and considered rough costs and schedules.They provided excellent customer service. Thank you for that.
