We were experiencing issues with out forced air heater turning on when it wasn't supposed to. We replaced the thermostat with a new one, and it still turned on by itself. We called three companies locally, and one recommended Ronzano. I had also heard the Ronzano name in other repair circles so I thought I'd give them a try. Of the four companies I called, Ronzano dispatched a technician that same afternoon. Luke showed up on time, called before he drove up, and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He found some wires crimped together that were shorting out. He made the repair, was courteous, clean, and respected our wishes about wearing shoe coverings on our rug. We paid a reasonable price, and all is well; the heater is performing properly, and we wouldn't hesitate to call Ronzano again for help. Thank you, Ronzano!

Ronzano's people Showed up when they said they would every time, and did a good job. Cost was reasonable and I would recommend them highly. We had them do the ductwork and install the heating and ventilation for an apartment addition.

Lost AC function late at night and was in a great turmoil. The owner Mike went out of his way to help my family and I during closed business hours. He gave me very fair pricing compared to other places in town, and did a fabulous job. Very down to earth employees and convenient service. They also follow strict COVID protocols. highly recommend! Its great to see and support such a wonderful small, family owned business in Santa Cruz. The owner's 2 sons work for him and they too are very professional and great at this craft.
