I just did my first personal training session at Park Ave Fitness. It was Fantastic. I contacted them to help me build my core strength and improve my posture; I’ve been suffering from lower back pain. I’ve never been an avid gym-goer, but I had so much fun today while I got a work out. I worked with Alli, who is very friendly, encouraging, and funny. I felt stronger and taller walking out of there, and I can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned and go again next week!

Such a great facility. Dedicated trainers with a variety of options for working out. Their equipment is state of the art and the assortment can address all shapes forms and sizes.
