My husband and I are long time attendees of the pilates reformer classes. I joined 6 years ago with knee and hip issues. Within 3 months I was walking stairs with no pain. I also had shoulder surgery a few years ago and thanks to pilates I bounced back quickly. All the instructors are amazing and the facility is always clean and welcoming. I'm so glad I found this pilates studio! My husband started attending a month after me and we both look forward to classes two days a week.

I have been going here for about three months and it is a very chill vibe. The other people in the classes are nice and the instructor, Rochelle, takes time to understand everyone's individual needs, and makes sure that they are getting the most out of each class.
