“My AC condensor pump went out in the middle of a head wave. Kevin and Marty were quick to respond to my house call during what is likely their busiest time of year. After doing a bit of troubleshooting, which they let me watch, Kevin came to the conclusion that it would be better to replace the system instead of dumping thousands into a system built in the early 90s. Kevin was very transparent through the entire process and were always on time. Both Kevin and Marty were great and didn't make me feel like a moron for asking them to take off their shoes when inside (they used shoe covers and a floor mat). Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the HVAC replacement and couldn't recommend Kevin and his team more than enough. Great work guys!“

“I have used Forster heating on three homes now over the last few years. The first time was for a new install of a furnace, the second home needed pretty intense HVAC repair, and this last time the home needed the swamp cooler pump replaced and the HVAC system tuned up. Each and every experience was exceptional. I even called Dan the manager a few months back to get an idea of what I should be paying for a new system so that I do I would not be getting ripped off. (They would have put in the new system for me but my home was 50 mi away from their headquarters.) When I had my recent service yesterday, my tech Adam was outstanding! He took the time to explain operation and comment on the condition of my units. He was very pleasant and respective of my home and I will definitely be calling them to winterize my swamp cooler and get my furnace ready for the winter in a new month s. I called to have an estimate done on a project for my small business. It took them a week to get back to me. Then another 4 days to come out and look at what I needed done. 7 days later, I called to find out where my estimate was, they had not even gotten to it. I ended up going to another company. A shame because I want to stay local as much as possible. If you have more jobs than people, please find some help. Or refer new callers to another local business. I am now almost 3 weeks behind a project that is now work stoppage for my small business. Very frustrating. I am a family owned business, so I understand that it can be difficult, but communication and timely followup are essential to good customer service.“
