The service was great! They sat me right away and got to work. The lady was gentle with my hands and wasn't in a rush and actually took her time which I appreciate. :) The nails came out perfect just the way o wanted not too thick acrylic. 10/10 :D
Had a mani/pedi. The lady who did my nails and toes was in such a rush. She left corners on my toes and trimmed my fingernails so much that when she was filing them, they hurt. She also clipped one of my toes which started bleeding instantly. Not the mail, my toe! She put some dusty stuff on it to stop the bleeding. I asked or the hot stone and she rushed through the whole thing. Burned me with the stones and hot towels. My skin felt raw! I would have understood if it was packed. But, it wasn't! There were a total of 3 of us there. I've gone here before and this is the first time I didn't get the service like I wanted. On top of that, I paid good money.... read full review
They rushed my service and didn't give me the color I wanted on my toes. I asked for white with glitter, they showed me the glitter and only put that on my toes. They barely trimmed my nails and the calluses I paid extra to get softened didn't feel any different from when I went in. If you go in for a pedicure, choose the $30 option because they do the same thing even if you ask for the more expensive services.
