After my garage door failed to open one fine day, I ordered a new Genie Garage Door from Lowes and bundled the installation along with it. Local guys were quoting me a lot more than this package. Lowes assigned the installation to a company with really bad reviews, hence I cancelled that. Jon was 2nd on the list that accepted the service. He started communicating a day before the scheduled installation date and was courteous from the very beginning. He came almost in time and started working right away. I have not had the pleasure of working with Jon personally BUT his communication over the phone has been VERY helpful! Me and my husband needed him for an odd job, moving a Marble vanity top...a job he doesnt normally do YET he was willing to come over and assist for free because we are close to him location wise.... "Just to be a good neighbor!" he said. WOW! Dont get that too often. Still, I declined because this is a pretty heavy vanity and I believe were gonna need TWO big strong guys BUT I do appreciate Jons big heart...so far! When I do need a handyman I will try Jon! :)
