We cannot say enough good things about Cool Image Heating and Air Conditioning. After dealing with several companies which either overcharged us or couldn’t solve our HVAC issues, CI came through and exceeded all our expectations.
From the start, their customer service was top-notch. They took the time to listen to our concerns and quickly scheduled an appointment which worked with our busy schedule. I can not express how happy I am with this company. Our furnace died and they put in a new furnace and the employees did a marvelous job. Please if you need any work done please call them they do great work. Thank You!!!-
I called yesterday to have my heater repaired they came this morning had it working in less then a half hour. Marsahal was very pleasant to talk to and was very in formative on regular maintenance. He told me to replace the filters as they were the incorrect ones. He gave me a replacement one so I did not have to make an extra trip to buy one. Thank You Cool image.
