We chose Don to build on a game room and bathroom to our house based on his fair estimate, knowledgable conversation and friendly demeanor. He was on site everyday his crew was there. He made sure everything was done correctly and pitched in when needed.Not only was our room well constructed it was just what we wanted. Over the last 20 years we have hired Don to do a variety of projects for us. Each one ending on the same note. Excellent work and just what we wanted. The last job was a kitchen remodel. It is beautiful! Now that we've moved and are building again we wish Don worked outside of the high desert so we could hire him again.

Don built our home in 2018. We were dreading the process because of horror stories we'd heard about other new home builders. Don had done some refurb work for us before, so we thought we'd go with him instead of the more commercial builders in town and their "custom built" homes that are really just cookie cutter plans that seem to be built much too quickly for the work to be high quality. When you build a home, you want someone who can get to know you and your specific needs, who can find the best prices, who knows the best subcontractors, who cares about quality and the artistry that is homebuilding. Don is all of those things. He cares about you and what will make you the happiest. He takes time to get to know you. Often, he would make the perfect suggestion before I was able to say it, or even before I knew what I wanted. He has pre-designed plans, but he's also exceptional at taking a floor plan that you've sketched out, and creating a unique design that's just for you. His workmanship is top notch. He closely monitors subcontractors to ensure that the entire home is of the highest quality. Your home will definitely not have subpar materials that are going to cause expensive problems later. The end result is beautiful. Our home perfectly suits our family, and I'm grateful every time I come home and see its beauty. It looks nothing like other homes in the area, because it is truly our custom home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Support this small business instead of going commercial. You'll be glad you did!
