I have been a licensed Realtor in California since 2009, and a license Real Estate Broker since 2016. I worked as a Government Loan Underwriter through college while pursuing degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. I was required to maintain Real Estate continuing education while I was an underwriter. I had a successful software development career until I switched back to Real Estate full-time in 2009. I started a successful wholesale Mortgage Brokerage, Mojave River Mortgage in 2019 which helps many home buyers and sellers reach their goals in home ownership and retirement planning.
