The actual brow work is okay. But, getting an appointment that they actually keep is too much of a challenge for this girl. Twice my appointment was cancelled because Lacy ( the only brow tech ) called in sick. Then this time my appointment was booked for 10 am today. They sent a text saying your appointment is at 10:30. The same gal called and said your appointment is at 10 I don't know why it is saying 10:30. I get there today and was ignored for several minutes, then three different people asked what I was there for in the next five minutes. Feast or famine!
