The actual brow work is okay. But, getting an appointment that they actually keep is too much of a challenge for this girl. Twice my appointment was cancelled because Lacy ( the only brow tech ) called in sick. Then this time my appointment was booked for 10 am today. They sent a text saying your appointment is at 10:30. The same gal called and said your appointment is at 10 I don't know why it is saying 10:30. I get there today and was ignored for several minutes, then three different people asked what I was there for in the next five minutes. Feast or famine! Not one of them went to get Lacy they just said she'll be up here soon, she is in the back. When she finally came up about another five minutes later she said I don't take 10 o'clock appointments and my wax is not even on. She said I could wait until 10:30. By this time I'm aggravated, no one knows what they are doing, they mess up appointments constantly and the only reason is oh well I don't know. Looking for a new brow home.
