Recently called to schedule an appointment and was greeted by Marlene. Marlene informed me that Apple Valley Heating and air had sold and that Air Repair was taking over. She was very helpful and had great customer service.Once my appointment was scheduled, I received a text message confirming appointment and was informed that Jacob was going to be my technician for the day.Jacob arrived on time and courteous.Jacob diagnosed my HVAC system and explained his findings and was very helpful with answering all my questions!Super Happy with everything!
