My bird of 20 years passed away and we needed to find a place to cremate her ... AVAH was more than willing. Everyone was very kind and showed compassion. I got my bird back in a bout a week and a half. The process was very smooth. Thanks again !
We had to put our beloved 16 yr old abby down right before christmas, and i cannot express enough how accommodating kind and understanding all the staff and doctor were. We had our whole family in there, and it was very emotional for us saying goodbye, but all the staff were Just the sweetest so understanding and compassiomate.They even sent a condolence card with several of abbys paw prints. Thank you so much Apple valley animal hospital! I would never take any of my pets anywhere else now.
