I walked in, receptionist was very pleasant, was able to see doctor and obtain my contacts all within 1 1/2 hours! All staff was pleasant with everyone which makes you feel like they care about your needs.
Daniel was incredibly friendly and made my kids feel very comfortable during their first eye exams. Both my children and I had a great experience overall. I appreciated that the doctor took his time to thoroughly examine us and explain everything so well. The only reason I’m not giving a 5-star rating is due to the wait time; they could benefit from hiring more staff to help with the pre-tests and in the exam rooms. However, we had a pleasant experience and I would recommend this place.
The high reviews for this location says it all, you can’t go wrong with getting your eyes taken care of here. If you have any issues, Adrienne will take care of you as she did for me! The doctor at this location does not just show up and collect a paycheck. He actually cares about zeroing in on exactly what your prescription is. Your eyes will be in good hands, plus their prices are unmatched!
