AAA Family Medical Group

I was told to come to the office today because it was the only way to pick up allergy test results. I was told to come before 1pm or after 2pm. I have arrived at 12:30pm. The door is locked and no one is answering any of the phone lines. I had to rent a car to come today. It is now 12:49pm. Still nothing. What am I supposed to do? They will not email me the results and said I must come in person. I am here in person. I did my part. I attached a screenshot of the time.
