“Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! ? Turns out the existing wiring was the problem. We really appreciate Randy for his professionalism, caring, dedication to doing a job well, and his friendliness!!Also, Mark, the salesman, got us a great finance deal. He was very patient with me as I’m a very careful type of shopper who has lots of questions. He didn’t mind breaking everything down to me and my husband. Very knowledgeable, kind, and resourceful.In conclusion, the Sears team was great. We felt we were in capable and caring hands. Something that sadly isn’t very common anymore.“
