Over the past couple years we've had to add refrigerant to our AC system. We were aware we needed to bite the bullet and replace the 24-year system. Finally we were referred to TRI-CITY Heating and Air-Conditioning, Inc. We also researched the company and determined that not only were they highly-rated and trustworthy, but their qualifications were stellar. We contacted Stephen to request an assessment and follow up with an estimate. We appreciated the fact that Stephen returned our call within a few hours to schedule the assessment. David came to our home and the first thing we noticed was his professionalism in greeting us and introducing himself. He then recapped the problems we shared with Stephen and asked if he's missed anything. He took the necessary time to conduct a walkthrough to assess the existing HVAC system outdoors and inside the attic. He then spoke with us at length first about his findings but also a solution that would solve our problem. Based on this encounter and the homework we'd completed in advance, we felt confident that we were in good hands with TRI-CITY. Within a week, Stephen contacted us to discuss at length the proposed solution and shared the estimate which was very reasonable for the increased amount of capacity and the labor to install the new HVAC system. David and Jacob were an awesome team; they both were respectful, personable and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get the job done. We so appreciated how they kept us in the loop and at the end of each day, reviewed what was completed and what would be the focus for the next day. We were also amazed at how neat and tidy they left our home each day. On the last day, they looked a video of the work completed in the attic and showed us how to operate the new thermostat. We can't say enough to sing their praises; we'll conclude by saying that we're so thankful we chose TRI-CITY and will recommend this company in a heartbeat!

My heater/air conditioner was 44 years old and wasn't going to last much longer. When the weather was mild, I had Tri-City install a new HVAC. The workers are excellent. They had to open the walls to install a new refrigerant line, and they left absolutely no mess. That so seldom happens with workers. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing and why. I can't say much about the HVAC itself because the weather is so mild right now. The air conditioner has come on only once for a few minutes. It was so quiet! Very different from a 44-year-old monster.
