Poor experience, don't waste your money. I visited them for a check up and ordered my glasses and it took a long time to receive them and my glasses were having issues with my eyes then I was reexamined to correct my glasses and this time it took around two months to receive them and my glasses are worst then before, its just useless.

If you need your glasses in a timely manner and prefer a business who doesn't lie to its customers, don't come here.

I went in for my exam and ordered my glasses on 5/24. I asked how long it would take and I was advised it can take up to 3 weeks and to let them know if I don't hear from them by the 3rd week.

When I haven't heard by 6/24, I called and got their vm. They send an auto-text once they miss your call (I don't remember opting in for this, but I digress), so we exchanged texts. It’s been two months and I haven’t received my glasses that are fully paid for. I was told they would arrive 2-4 weeks and I ordered on April 10th. No one has taken action to find out where the glasses are. I have reached out every week since in hopes someone may be able to provide an accurate status on my glasses, but nothing. Plus each time I reach out it takes 2-5 days for a response, and sometimes they do not reach back out at all. I was told by the manager that it is the labs fault.
