Poor experience, don't waste your money. I visited them for a check up and ordered my glasses and it took a long time to receive them and my glasses were having issues with my eyes then I was reexamined to correct my glasses and this time it took around two months to receive them and my glasses are worst then before, its just useless.
It’s been two months and I haven’t received my glasses that are fully paid for. I was told they would arrive 2-4 weeks and I ordered on April 10th. No one has taken action to find out where the glasses are. I have reached out every week since in hopes someone may be able to provide an accurate status on my glasses, but nothing. Plus each time I reach out it takes 2-5 days for a response, and sometimes they do not reach back out at all. I was told by the manager that it is the labs fault. That’s the lab sometimes send things back with out explanation… but I don’t get why no one has tried to call and find the answer.. Two months with out any idea where the glasses...read full review
What a terrible experience. When I came in for my initial appointment, the doctor told me her whole life story about her daughter and husband. It took almost 2 hours for me to get just an eye exam. Then, she asked me to come back for a contact lens follow up. I showed up 20 minutes early and was totally fine with waiting because I was early. My appointment was at 10am. At 10:30, she was still talking to a patient (mostly about how California is a sanctuary state which she disagrees with). Seemed like a very unprofessional conversation to have. There were patients coming out asking about how much longer it would be because they had been waiting as well. I had another appointment scheduled for 11:30 and had already waited 30 minutes past my initial appointment time, so I asked the front desk to reschedule me and I left. I came back the following Monday for the contact lens follow up and again waited almost an hour past my appointment time while the doctor talked to a patient for 45 minutes about how much she disagrees with the Juneteenth holiday and at no point was she actually examining the patient because once the Juneteenth discussion ended, she then started asking about her eyes. Again, very unprofessional conversation to have. Additionally, she tried to say that I was a no show the Friday before but she very much saw me and commented that she thought I wasn't scheduled until 11:30. I commented that her not valuing my time is the reason I left. It's VERY clear the doctor does NOT value her patients time which is a big factor. I'm not spending anymore money at this place and took my prescriptions to order elsewhere. I'd not recommend this place at all unless you have hours of time to spare. The two front desk people are great though and I do appreciate their kindness and knowledge.
