This might seem strange, but I definitely recommend this company for their reliability and service, but not as a homeowner!I was a residential customer for over 30 years but recently it became obvious they didn't want residential customers anymore. After a 27% increase in monthly fees, I was informed that my fees would increase by another 25%. Also, I was somewhat irritated by the late notice I received (even though I have auto pay).It became obvious that the business started by a good man over 30 years ago was no more!Sometimes businesses forget where they started!
