I brought in my brand new jacket to have the sleeves shortened on Saturday, July 27. I was charged $45 and promised that it would be ready the following Saturday. I came by at 2PM on Sat, Aug 3 and was told that it was not ready yet and that they still had not found a tailor yet to fix it. I demanded to have my jacket back and my $45 reimbursed but the lady at the counter told me that the jacket was with her manager in Tracy. What a disappointment as I had anticipated using the jacket this Sunday. UPDATE: 08/15/19: Finally got my jacket after all 2 whole weeks. Well at least I got it back. Changed it from 1 Star to 3 stars. Could have given it more if they had told me in the 1st place that there was no guarantee in getting it on time as it was a very busy time for their seamstress. They only told me this after I went in to check the 2nd time.
