I don’t want to tank the reviews because I have been coming here since it was Nails by Jimmy. When I find a place I stick to that same one, but I will have to say I’m not happy and will be looking for a new place. Which is sad because it’s a lot of the same people there.
I had an appointment at 6 for 3 pedicures for myself, sister, and mom. We arrived on time but they only had one person free and my mom and I had to wait. It was 6:30 when they finally got to us. We selected our pedicures which was the most expensive one- and I did ask if I could get a basic manicure also. Didn't wait long, pedicure was good. Got close to my cuticle without getting gel on the skin which I loved. Only thing is she didn't understand I wanted square shape toenails and kept filing them round and angle so one side was shorter smh. It's important to understand what the client wants and to know terms like square and actually know what it means. That's the only reason I put 4 stars. Otherwise it was clean and was done in a good amount of time where I was able to relax.

Visit this location for the first time and I must say the customer service is great! You scheduled ahead of time to get quicker service, but walk in is welcomed! They offer drinks as a complement so make sure you ask if they don't offer:-)
