“Over the past couple years we've had to add refrigerant to our AC system. We were aware we needed to bite the bullet and replace the 24-year system. Finally we were referred to TRI-CITY Heating and Air-Conditioning, Inc. We also researched the company and determined that not only were they highly-rated and trustworthy, but their qualifications were stellar. We contacted Stephen to request an assessment and follow up with an estimate. We appreciated the fact that Stephen returned our call within a few hours to schedule the assessment. David came to our home and the first thing we noticed was his professionalism in greeting us and introducing himself. He then recapped the problems we shared with Stephen and asked if he's missed anything. He took the necessary time to conduct a walkthrough to assess the existing HVAC system outdoors and inside the attic. He then spoke with us at length first about his findings but also a solution that would solve our problem. Based on this encounter and the homework we'd completed in advance, we felt confident that we were in good hands with TRI-CITY. Within a week, Stephen contacted us to discuss at length the proposed solution and shared the estimate which was very reasonable for the increased amount of capacity and the labor to install the new HVAC system. David and Jacob were an awesome team; they both were respectful, personable and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get the job done. We so appreciated how they kept us in the loop and at the end of each day, reviewed what was completed and what would be the focus for the next day. We were also amazed at how neat and tidy they left our home each day. On the last day, they looked a video of the work completed in the attic and showed us how to operate the new thermostat. We can't say enough to sing their praises; we'll conclude by saying that we're so thankful we chose TRI-CITY and will recommend this company in a heartbeat!“

“Our AC unit finally gave out after 20+ years during the 114 degree heatwave in Brentwood. We heard about Energy Solutions from a friend and the owner, Dan, was able to come out the day we called him. Not only did Dan's quote come in lower than Elite/Fairview/and others, but he was able to start installation on Monday (he came out on a Friday). Dan also had the great idea to reroute our unit and put it on the side yard, which totally opened up our back patio. The work was exceptional and Dan's crew even matched and painted everything to blend in with house. The job passed all tests and was permitted with the city. “Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! ? Turns out the existing wiring was the problem. Most recently Tarabini Mechanical installed a Mitsubishi heat pump and air conditioning system to replace the 30 year old jet engine that used to cool and heat my dad's house. With five zones and no ducts the A/C is efficient and whisper quiet.Jim's guys are all respectful, clean up after themselves, and do professional work. Jim will never take advantage of you or recommend work that doesn't need to be done.“

Another one Star for being quick to call me about a review and never calling to set up my appointment to do the job in most of these reviews it was quick yet I got nothing. So I don’t care what stars they got. They were a very terrible company to me. I guess you have to be a man to get service from them.“
