My daughter and I both went in to see Dr. Sim today and she was very kind and thorough. I feel like that was the first time that I've came from seeing an eye doctor and got the perfect prescription and glasses for myself. I highly recommend Dr. Sim. Thank you for making my day!!

What an awesome office. Dr Sim is fantastic. She was thorough and really listened to my issues with my vision. She came up with a great plan and I was almost teary at how well I could see with my new prescription. The front office was really great and helpful with finding glasses for me. The person who assisted me with my glasses and insurance was super helpful. She went over what my insurance covers and how the total was made up of. So happy I found this office!

The doctor who works here is very nice. However, I've had mixed experiences with the front staff. I noticed that for some customers they will come out and greet them for their appointments and some customers they will stare at you though the window until you call. They've done that to me more than once. One of the front staff is very kind but the other one seemed to have an attitude whenever I asked a question. I had came in to try contact lenses and one of my eyes required me to wear a lense for astigmatism. I am not sure why they didn't order me a lense for astigmatism to begin with. But, I had to wait for that to come. Mind you I live 20 minutes from this place. I came back and turns out they only ordered one lense for me to try on. So, I had to make a third trip back to the office. I needed to make a fourth trip to have the lenses checked out and my eyes dialted. After this, I had the lenses mailed to my home, because it would have been my fifth trip to their office in the last month.
