This has been our go-to vet clinic for our two dogs, and so far, everything has been great. We’ve never had a bad experience the staff is friendly and professional, and scheduling appointments, whether by phone or through the app, is always smooth and easy. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with pets, especially first-time pet owners like me
They are really friendly. They took good care of my dog. I've been there also with a dog that has some stranger danger would growl but they were not taken back by him like other vets would have been.
Dr. Brown is a gifted and talented Surgeon and Doctor and Dr. Neefe is one of the kindest and best Veterinarians I've ever met. They've both saved my babies countless times over the years and I cried when the elder Dr. Brown retired. They will not charge you unnecessarily for tests you don't need and will give you really fair pricing even for those you do. While other veterinarians in the area, who aren't even educated in the U.S., will do all kinds of tests and charge you through the roof for them by misrepresenting their practices as emergency hospitals, East Hills is open longer hours, six days a week and has multiple veterinarians. So it actually qualifies as one of the best animal hospitals in the area for your babies, who they always treat with loving care and concern as they do their clients with infinite kindness and understanding. There was a review here giving one star for a surgery that was done in Tracy for less but, if it's the same hospital there that I went to, they also gave my dog an infection there that she died from. While these things can't really be controlled entirely, as a former office manager for a Doctor and Surgeon's office I can honestly say that I'm afraid certain practices there also indicate that you do get what you pay for. Dr. Brown performed the same highly dangerous and difficult surgery for much less than the other surgeons in the area were asking on my other dog and she's fine. He even brought her through the potentially deadly complications that are inherent to that condition by working closely with me so that she didn't die as her sister had but is still with me today. I just wish I had known them sooner. You couldn't do better than to take your babies here as I have for decades and plan to for many more to come.
