I came here to have some out of network pre-op lab work done. The staff is amazing! Very courteous and professional. When my lab results were complete they were easily accessible on the Carby app.
Update: I went back about 2 weeks later because I noticed one of my lab results wasn’t showing. Angel took the time to research the issue and then called Quest Diagnostics to follow up. Missing lab results were then sent. Excellent customer service!
I was referred by a friend who recently visited this facility in Antioch. She was super impressed and suggested that I make an appointment for my symptoms. I was greeted in a friendly manner and waiting a minimum amount of time to be seen. Medical assistant was thorough and friendly and I was seen shortly after that by a physician. She diagnosed me and a was give a prescription and suggestions in other over the counter meds to help me get some relief. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
Samantha, was super kind and made me feel at ease right away. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. Angela, was also amazing—she checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and really showed that she cares about patients. Both of them made my visit stress-free and comfortable. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
