STAY AWAY FROM THEM! VERY DISHONEST! We've been filling our taxes with Christian Navarrete Luna since 2018 - 2019. First was in person, all great. We moved to Texas almost 3 years ago and continued on using him. We would send all our docs, he 'd process everything, jump on a video call, and explain everything so we could catch things that are missing or need change. This time around they asked for payment ahead of time, first red flag, I went ahead and paid just because we worked together before and thought (big mistake) everything would be the same as previous years.
