My father, who is not computer savvy, asked that I publish this review. He bought a cremation policy from one of their door to door sales people several months ago. He was told that he would receive information in the mail, and have never received it. He called Acacia and was told that they were out of forms, or the person that handles that is on vacation, etc. Finally he called again a few days ago and the phone number isn't Acacia's any longer. They closed w/o providing him the promised info. Seems a bit shady.

Amazing staff.... Thank goodness for Rob S. and his staff Marie and Dineane helped me tremendously with a very difficult situation. My aunt passed and they took care of the entire situation for me. I work crazy hours Rob and his staff call back with great integrity at all days and times. I am very touched by their compassion and heart from start to finish... Rob Strickland should understand the seriousness of filing a vague and ambiguous police report in an attempt to defame a individuals character. As everyone can see, Mr. Strickland conducts himself in a very unprofessional, remedial manner, and takes away from his own merit with every response. Mr. Strickland in fact is the harasser towards both my finance and I with his false accusations about us, and also the private messages he has sent to both of us on Yelp. Yes, I encourage everyone reading this to check the police report. Anyone can make a police report based on their own hearsay. Everyone will see that there is no evidence of Mr. Strickland's accusations, just... read full review
