When she was done she wiped down the chair, changed gloves and advised me to have a seat. She took her time threading me and I wasn't Disappointed. She did a Great job and I Love my eyebrows.“

“I have been seeing Heidi for the last four years. First for Botox, and then started doing lip filler. Four years ago, I was modeling and needed a very natural look; Heidi has worked with people in the industry before, and knew exactly what I meant and gave me what I was looking for. Other injectors in the past had frozen my face, making it difficult to achieve natural facial movements which negatively impacted my job. When I tell people (esp injectors!) how little units Heidi uses to give me my results, they're *impressed*. She is an expert at her craft, and I of course appreciate keeping my spending on the lower side. When I started to phase myself out of modeling, many years in the industry had caused me to have some serious dysmorphia and a very critical self image. I was interested in other procedures beyond Botox to help me achieve my desired look. Heidi has such a comfortable bedside manner that I felt safe to open up to her about my concerns with my appearance, and she carefully and gently navigated the conversation to not cause me more self criticism. In the past, I have had an injector literally give me a mirror and point out every single flaw on my face- that can cause lifelong trauma. Heidi reassured me about most things- a few things that could be corrected we created a plan for. We decided to do a little bit of lip filler- I was terrified of doing something longer lasting than Botox and having it look crazy like "duck lips". Heidi assured me it was going to look great, but offered me the ability to do half a syringe to start. NO one offers a half syringe and I was so excited to try it. My results were incredibly natural, and I loved telling people I have lip filler because they were shocked. Heidi isn't just good, she's GREAT. In 2021 I moved to the Bay Area, but I still continue to drive up to Roseville to see Heidi. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my face like I do Heidi! She's a perfectionist. Heidi is such a sweet person and a caring practitioner- It's truly a pleasure to be her patient.“

Our artists, Vanessa and Nami, came to my house with everything ready to go, and both ladies were professional perfectionists, ensuring me and my gals looked and felt our very best. We are a bunch of middle-aged women; youth was not on our side, but these pros did wonders for us! I'll admit, I was a little nervous wondering if anyone was going to be able to live up to the wonderful artist who did our hair and makeup back in May, but my fear was for not. Vanessa and Nami were wonderful! True artists!“
