We recently had our hot water heater and HVac replaced. The team at Gilmore has been very professional and helpful. Thank you Coby, Dakota, Jake. Julian, Robert, Ahmad, and Brian. The customer service team.. Courtney, Destiny, and Christina. The techs have always arrived on time and been very helpful with any questions we had and making sure we were taken care off..
Serviceman JACOB is a God! Contrary to some of the negative reviews I've seen posted here, sometimes, certain "issues" are not immediately recognized. Jacob came and had a tough job with an extensive clog. He couldn't fix it the first time. So on the second day, he was polite, explained everything and came back that second time WITHOUT an additional charge. It seemed like forever, but he stuck with his original estimate, fixed the problem and gave us a warranty for leaks and further problems. Also gave me a veteran's and military discount! SALUTE! P.S. Gilmore Heating and A/C has been a major relief in helping me for 14 years. Today I had Raysen come to check my AC .. Raysen knew immediately what it was. Raysen is very knowledgeable and explain everything I needed it know .. my AC is back working cool ..Thank you Gilmore Heating and Raysen for the years for being there for me.
