“Hanh did an INCREDIBLE job with my bridal gown! I got married in Tahoe this past weekend but live out of state. I flew in a month prior to the wedding to pick my dress up and found Hanh online for alterations because my bridal shop didn't offer alterations. She completed all of the alterations I needed (straps tightened, length hemmed) in just TWO days to make sure I could pick the dress up from her and try it on while I was still in town! She was also extremely affordable and the alterations price was much better than it would have been going through a bridal dress shop. I was expecting to have to fly back and forth multiple times for alterations, but she was so easy to work with. The dress fit amazingly and I couldn't have felt better on my wedding day! I would recommend Hanh and her services to anyone, and would definitely use her again for future events!“

“I don’t use dry cleaning services a ton but when I do it’s always save on. They do a great job and staff are very nice and it’s fast! I’ve never had any trouble of them losing or damaging anything. I get my giant comforter cleaned here about twice a year and they do great job and much less than other places.“

“From start to finish, the customer service here and quality of work is unmatched. I called to inquire how much it would cost to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned and preserved. I spoke with Enoch and he was beyond helpful and informative. He explained the process of how they clean it and then box it after cleaning to preserve it, etc. Their price was very competitive compared to other well known cleaners in the area, i.e., Swanson's, etc. We took the dress in shortly thereafter, and met Enoch in person. He was super knowledgeable, and just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. The dress had heavy stains at the bottom, especially on the lining. We didn't hold high hopes that they could get them out, but Enoch was confident they could get most of them. He told us it could take up to a week to get it back. We were quite surprised, and pleased, the very next day, when Enoch texted me photos of how clean they were able to get the dress, and most specifically, the lining of the dress. We were shocked that they were able to remove ALL of the stains. He then FaceTimed with me so he could walk me through seeing the whole dress, from lace to lining. I mean, who even takes the time to FaceTime their customers these days?! That's above & beyond if you ask me. He told me the dress would be put in a preservation box, and ready for me to pick up the next day. We picked it up and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the whole process. And now my daughter has her wedding dress perfectly cleaned and preserved. I would highly recommend Vogue Cleaners for wedding dress preservation, and any dry cleaning in general. You will not be disappointed. And, as a plus, you will be supporting a small, family-owned business.“

“Great first time at a dry cleaner’s.I went to get a heavy old looking bomber jacket from my work dry cleaned (instructions are dry clean only and jackets are passed on from former employees).The interior was lint-covered fuzzy fabric, and it came back looking basically brand new. For the amount of work that would go into an average person restoring it to that level, well worth the cost.Front counter old lady was very friendly. Turn around time for my coat was no more than two days after coming in near closing time. I would recommend this place!“

“Let me tell you this business came through for my family when no one else would. I called 7 different cleaners before contacting hazel cleaners and that's only because I was going off a list. That list is gone, I've found my dry cleaning business. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning (3) 1980 vintage 49ers starter jackets and making them look brand new, but they had them done in 4 hours. The soonest with all the other cleaners I could get was Wednesday, and that was not in time for the big game tomorrow. I explained my situation and she didn't hesitate to go the extra mile and get the jackets done. I highly recommend hazel cleaners for every and all your dry cleaning needs. One of the few businesses where they always recognize me and greet me. They also do a great job on more casual items such as button up shirts. Prices always seem reasonable for the quality of their work. Tip: I take my napkins and linens to Elite prior to hosting and they always look crisp and clean for the big event!“

“I started going because I needed to have a suit I borrowed from my coworker dry cleaned, and have continued to go back for a few times now. I’m not sure the going rate for dry cleaning, but I thought it was reasonable. My work pants and shirts feel so nice after having taken them there. She also shortened a few slacks and let out the waist in one. They turned out perfect. “I've been coming here for several years and I'm very happy they made it through the shutdown without closing. Unfortunately I need my clothes dry cleaned less often and I almost look for reasons to drop off my clothes, but that's where I'm at. They mend my clothes without my asking and I don't even realize until I wear it and go "oh where did that loose string go?" “Had my wedding dress preservation done here. I had shopped around for prices and decided to come here because they had a check in and get 30% off your order. I got my wedding dress back around 2-3 weeks after dropping it off. The box it comes back in is huge! I wish it was a little smaller because it makes it a headache to store in my house, takes up slot of room. But the box is sealed with a transparent cover so I can open it and view it without ever jeopardizing its integrity.“
