We recently purchased a 26-year-old home in Redding with a concrete tile roof that had been neglected for many years. There were several cracked tiles, clogged valleys and moss in all the shaded areas, especially on the north side. There was also some dry rot at one corner of the roof. Although we considered having the roof replaced, a relative recommended we contact Tugwell Roofing. We absolutely love what Tugwell did to our roof! It's gorgeous! And he threw in the pumphouse roof for free. By the time they left, there wasn't a scrap of debris anywhere. It couldn't have been better! And every guy who worked on the roof was very experienced! What a great business!
After a few good rainfalls I can say these guys do a great job! My tile roof needed a lot of repair work. Dan Hunter gave me the quote. Randy did the job and Randy went above and beyond to fix every single tile that needed repairs. Excellent job fellas! Thank you
