“We recently purchased a 26-year-old home in Redding with a concrete tile roof that had been neglected for many years. There were several cracked tiles, clogged valleys and moss in all the shaded areas, especially on the north side. There was also some dry rot at one corner of the roof. Although we considered having the roof replaced, a relative recommended we contact Tugwell Roofing. Chris came out and did a very thorough inspection and discussed our options, along with his recommendations. We accepted his very fair estimate. His very profession crew was on-time and very respectful of our property. Chris kept us informed of their progress and how they were replacing the broken tiles throughout the job. They did an amazing job at the agreed upon estimate! We returned to the house after they completed the work and are "over-the-top" ecstatic with the results. It looks like a new roof! All of the valleys and gutters are sparkling clean and the repair/replacement of the rot area is "invisible!" The crew left our property cleaner than it has ever been since we purchased the home.
