Called on a Sunday afternoon with temp about 105°. My A/C stopped working. Technician was here within the hour and left an hour later - at the most - with cool air coming through the vents. I was grateful and pleased with his work and his demeanor! Thanks.

Our air conditioning was a puzzle to be fixed. Shane and Rob worked tirelessly trying to find an answer. They came out several times, out of their way, to help us. Finally we decided a new unit was for us. Shane and Rob came out on Sunday to install. They did an exceptional job of installing and caring about their customer. They were very fair on the cost of the new unit. I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. They even offered to paint when the new unit was smaller than the new one. Above and beyond!! Thank you Shane and Rob.

New customer to cascade and they treated me like I had been with them for years. My air conditioner quit on Friday night so calling a new company on Saturday was scary but Pat answered the phone and put me at ease and said he would be out the same day to look at it. What a relief in our over 100 weather. Pat arrived as promised and got us up and running. Can’t say enough nice things about Pat and Cascade for saving the day for us. Thanks so much and we will be repeat customers.
